Cheap Energy is a Finnish electricity company that sells cheap electricity contracts to households across Finland. Cheap Energy was born from a simple idea: buying electricity shouldn’t be difficult or unnecessarily expensive. That’s why we keep things simple.

The electricity coming from your wall socket is the same no matter which company you buy it from. That’s why we don’t want to make electricity more complicated than it needs to be. We focus on cheap electricity, a working app and making it easy for you to manage your electricity matters yourself, whenever it suits you.

With your electricity contract, you get an app that lets you keep track of your electricity consumption and electricity prices. So you can take care of your electricity matters when it suits you – without unnecessary hassle.

Challenging Traditional Providers

We are part of the Swedish Elify Energy Group, which operates across the Nordic countries and focuses on retail electricity sales. The group includes several electricity companies in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark.

We challenge the way traditional energy companies operate and price their services by being openly cheap. Almost 30,000 Finns have already chosen us as their electricity company. We’re proud of that trust and keep working to improve what we do and develop our services.
